Kevin Franklin
Founder & CEO
Born in Wollongong, Australia, Kevin served 9 years with the Royal Australian Electrical and Mechanical Engineers Corps before embarking on a world tour that led him to Coral Springs, Florida. An IT professional since 1997, he holds certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA, and VMware.
Kevin founded AussieTech in March 2001 with a mission to give businesses enterprise-grade IT support at competitive rates — and a level of personal service that the big firms simply can't match.
Cindy Franklin
Chief Financial Officer
A native of Cohoes, NY, Cindy brings 17+ years of Fortune 500 financial leadership to AussieTech. A former U.S. Air Force accounting specialist, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Before joining AussieTech, Cindy served as Controller and Director of Finance for a major corporation, bringing rigorous financial governance and strategic oversight to the company's operations.

Ben is an experienced IT professional with 18+ years of expertise in managing and securing enterprise infrastructure. He specialises in system administration, network optimisation, and implementing strong cybersecurity frameworks to ensure reliable and scalable operations.
He focuses on maintaining high system performance, business continuity, and secure IT environments — known for solving complex technical issues, improving operational efficiency, and delivering consistent results.
